At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for an experienced GEOS Support System Analyst - Finance who can join our multicultural team in GBS, India.

Job description

Key Activities:

Analyst will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support of Oracle R12 EBS Functional or Customization fixes. It is a techno/functional role which will require both functional/technical expertise to work within a controlled IT environment with a 3rd party managed service (infrastructure) partner. You will be required to engage with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve issues

You will:

· Responsible for providing incident resolution, change input and release controls on ORACLE EBS R12.x application at second and third line functional level.
· Maintain ownership of incidents to ensure that they are closed down within SLA and to agreed quality measures
· Participate as a contributor on EBS projects to be delivered on time, within budget and with high quality, including our planned R12 enhancement program

Main responsibilities :

· Provide resolution of all functional incidents within the EBS application and on project interfaces to third party applications
· Coordinate technical tasks and deliverables for EBS and related technology projects
· Document resolutions to promote knowledge sharing for team and customers
· Co-ordinate testing with end users and or global organization
· Abides by Change Control Requirements
· Work with SOX, Internal Controls and audit support teams as needed to meet audit requirements ensuring that regulation and change management requirements are met
· Maintain ownership of incidents to ensure that they are closed within SLA and to agreed quality measures
· Identify solutions for streamlining of business processes for EBS solutions to meet business needs, including functional setups, personalization's, interfaces, customizations, extensions and reports
· Participate as technical contributor on EBS projects to be delivered on time, within budget and with high quality, including our planned R12 enhancement program
· Actively Participate in meetings on current issues and escalations.

You are meant for this job if :

· Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience is required
· Oracle EBS R12 in Finance modules
· Experience with multiple technologies such as: SQL, Oracle Workflow, AME
· Understanding of external interfacing to Oracle EBS
· Incident Management system
· Working in a controlled release environment using change management tools
· Experienced in creating AIM/Oracle methodology documentation
· Solid customer service and client facing experience

Nice to have:

· Demonstrable knowledge/skills of ITIL practice
· Experience is producing incident resolution documentation
· Experience working in a SOX Compliant organisation
· Experience with the following technologies such as: BI Publisher, ADI, FSG, API
· Experience of a project based discipline
· Experience of the Oil industry or a project based discipline
· Flexible working during peak business periods
· Strong ability to learn and adapt within an evolving environment
· Experience of the Oil industry or a project based discipline
· Sound planning, time-management & communication skills
· Service Now incident management system
