Field Service Engineer/ Technician (m/w/d)
with international technical consulting experience

Field Service Engineer will provide customers in all regions with technical expertise and solutions. Will respond to customers via phone and on-site to troubleshoot, perform diagnostic tests, calibrate, perform repairs, and provide technical knowledge on Measurement Solutions Products as well as peripheral products and systems. You provide the skills to determine best course of action to efficiently satisfy customers Service request. Daily contact with customers, distributors, and sales offices. As needed, interfaces with employees in all areas and at all levels of management within the company.

You are meant for this job if

·  You have graduated as an electrical or mechanical engineer/technician or a comparable degree with a focus on mechanical and/or electrical competences.
·  You have several years of professional experience in technical field service
·  You have a strong understanding of electronics, ideally also ultrasonic technology
·  You convince through your communication skills
·  You convince through your structured and analytical way of working
·  You have good experience with the use of MS Office and SAP
·  Your good English language skills will help you in our international environment
·  You have the willingness and ability to travel worldwide at short notice
