Responsible on material demand loading, material master maintenance, product BOM, SAP material and planning related data maintenance and supply chain impact analysis
Job Main Challenges

Responsible for creating and maintaining material master data and product BOMs at Components local and global level, and sourcing into the KOS EPC plant, as applicable.
Support and guide other product line functions (engineering, supply chain, production etc.) in areas related to SAP use of Master Data, BOM, MRP and other PLM functions and processes, to ensure best practice relative to the Global Material Master Standard.
Responsible for SAP material and planning related data maintenance, and also running regularly (bi weekly or monthly) reports to ensure that all Master Data is correct and maintained.
Responsible for analysing supply chain impact of engineering changes, ZIMPACT, and communicating those impacts to the Product Planner and Master Scheduler.
Work in accordance with Global Material Master Standard (Ref SOP60137344).
Perform work in accordance with TechnipFMC policies and procedures.
Responsible for analysing MRP output and follow-up with Product Planner for course of action needed to resolve exceptions messages and delayed POs
Be a mentor for other Master Data Planners
Maintain MRP Material Master Data to ensure inventory and supply optimization based on Inventory Policy.
Must have :
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
More than 4 years hands-on material planning experience in Oil & Gas project environment.
Proficient in SAP Materials Management system.
Skills and experience in using Primavera, MS Words and Excel.
Proficient in English.
