At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for a Data Analyst (M/F) who can join our multicultural team in Paris.

Job description

In liaison with the administrator of license engineering group and under the authority of the Senior Manager of License Group Engineering, the position will cover the following topics:

·  Monitoring and managing the software analysis "OpenIT" of the uses of the licenses of the engineering software
·  Installation / debug / maintenance and update of the "OpenIT" software
·  Verification / Installation / License Update
·  Monitoring and referencing of software deployment
·  Reporting
·  Collection of usage logs
·  Consolidation/ transformation of field reports
·  Production of "Usage Reports" using the Active Directory for transmitting internal fill rate to the Global IT Procurement
·  Analysis and specific reports on request
·  User support at the different Operational Centers of the group
·  Developments
·  Use and creation / modification of existing developments:
·  Collection tools + reporting (DOS, PowerShell, VBA, MSSQL)Specifications / monitoring / testing / production launch. SharePoint site modifications "License Management" when adding / removing an Editor.
·  Procedures and manuals
·  Writing and review of documentation for all the above topics
·  Update the shared repository (License Management Web site)
·  Participates in internal / external meetings in our premises.

You are meant for this role if you have/ are:

·  License usage monitoring software: Open IT
·  Office software: Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, PowerBI
·  Licensing software: FlexLM, SmartPlant License Manager, Sentinel RMS, FlexNet Publisher (Flexlm), Select Server, NetHasp.
·  Programming: DOS, Powershell, VBA, SQL, HTML
·  General: deductive skills, mandatory English, service oriented
·  Work in a team, and in contact with the Operational Centers
