Regional Training Leader - EMEA/Asia

Role Summary/Purpose:

This position is a part of the SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS) business level Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (QEHSS) staff focused on regional QEHSS training activities. Success will be assured through building positive, effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers. In this role, you will:

Essential Responsibilities:

       

·         Build strong Training Programs supporting all employees utilizing Suez WTS learning management system (LMS)

·         Interact with QEHSS content provider to ensure training needs are met for the business

·         Perform data mining and trend analysis to identify and improve training programs targeting for improved performance

·         Review, update/develop and implement business wide training matrix and requirements.

·         Staying current on QEHSS requirements to update training and/or develop new training as needed.

·         May be called upon to perform in person training

·         Support business by maintaining expert knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and associated changes in rules that affect SUEZ WTS

             

Qualifications/Requirements                

•                     Bachelor’s Degree

•                     Minimum 5 years QEHSS experience, with specific QEHSS training experience

•                     Some travel (less than 5%) may be required

•                     Familiarity with a QEHSS computer based management system

•                     Familiarity with a LMS

 

Desired Characteristics

•                     Familiarity with Gensuite

•                     Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS

•                     Able to effectively work in a matrix organization across business and Corporate wide

•                     Adaptable with demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
