Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
-BS Degree (Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred). 
-At least 3 years relevant water industry technical and commercial experience 
-At least 2 years experience in services bidding/proposal preparation

Desired
-Ability to read and understand bid/proposal specifications, both from a technical and commercial perspective, as related to contractual terms and conditions. 
-Self-motivated, quick to deliver and a team player
-Effective problem solving skills 
-An accomplished communicator, able to produce expert technical papers, publications, and design reports.

What will you be doing?
Key commercial engineer role, responsible for supporting the redaction of the progressive Operations & Maintenance services offering for industrial clients within the CoE for Operations.

Responsibilities
- Create a compelling value proposition to generate budgetary and final proposals for Operations and Maintenance contracts or related line of offering.
- Provide Commercial Engineering support in an assigned region and maintain a working knowledge of all active O&M projects. 
- Apply costing and process design strategies in order to position the company, in the early stages of project development, to increase the probability of success.
- Timely preparation of budgetary proposals 
- Develop and maintain relationships with Business Developers, Regional Sales Managers and Local Representatives and all Assisting Region Sales Managers with sales calls, design kick-off meetings, and value proposal reviews
- Adhering to all internal procedures related to bid preparation, proposal tracking, Authorization of Order Packages, and sales forecasting
- Respect Suez’ policy, process and procedure as well as ethics, hygiene, safety, quality and environmental rules.
