Financial Analyst

Job description

The Financial Analyst is a key financial asset to provide support to the Project Management teams.  The Financial Analyst also works closely with accounting shared services and the Finance Director.   • Report Financials during Actua (Revenue, Cost, GM, Cash, Deviation)• Support the PM in updating and following up the risks and opportunities status• Check consistency between labor cost forecasted and resource needs including PM workload• Prepare and manage Accruals• Execution : check completeness and correct allocation of cost and commitments to date. Participate to the update of estimate at completion: review and update of workloads, review of production and productivity to date in comparison with expenditures, identification of variances - Participate to the estimate of changes, claims and risks or opportunities. Contribute to the project cost reporting and actualizations meetings• Reporting : prepare the costs and revenue forecast, actively participate to the budget and rolling forecast preparation • Supports the project managers to help them understand the costs on the projects • Challenges the project managers for their costs and revenue at completion • Supports the CFO and the project managers for any ad hoc requests related to project• Works closely with the accounting shared services to ensure actual costs and accruals are booked properly   Essential Functions: • 10% travel expected
