Job description

Responsible to keep production line equipment up and running to produce and meet quality output and meet the following equipment key performance indicators such as OEE, MTBA, MCBJ, Uptime, MTBF, Yield.

Job includes equipment set-up, conversion, troubleshooting and repair, analysis and problem solving of recurring equipment line issues.

With experience on Test an Finish tools i.e IA Testers, SPEA Testers,  Liner Attach and  Tape and Reel tools,  with automated vision inspection (AT368 , AT468, Ismeca turret type tools,  MIT LB800)

Profile

Knowledgeable on any of the following tools:  IA Testers, SPEA Testers,  Finish tools i.e. Liner Machine MIT LB800 or similar;  Tape and Reel ASTI AT468 - turret type, Hexa-Evo
