Job description

As a Technology Development Engineer in STMicroelectronics, you will work on:

·  New technologies development
·  New technology improvement by process optimization
·  Participate actively in Process flow creation and DOE management
·  Follow day by day diffusion lots during the prototype manufacturing
·  Perform T-84 and EWS data analysis and correlations versus process DOE impact
·  Be involved in Fab production and manufacturing
·  Attend to day-to-day technical reviews by face to face meeting or conference call
·  Cooperate with division, Fab & QA team and support them for activities like FAR, Processes optimization, products yield improvement and others
·  Cooperate with different company departments and teams

Profile

The candidate must have experience in the semiconductor field and preferably in the field of technologies development or alternative as Device engineering.

·  Degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics, or equivalent
·  2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
·  Knowledge of Ics Bipolar technologies
·  Familiarity with Ics Design Rules manual
·  Previous experience in R&D or devices engineering department knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
·  Experience in bench and characterization will be an added advantage
