Job description

1.Drive & Maximize MCU billing at EMEA customers
•Visit customers, Identify opportunities, Understand customer needs
•Be at customers, assess the situation
•Propose the right products, deliver the right message
•Take ownership of the customers base (customer and prospects)
•be pro-active in Scouting and drive business development
•Realize D-in, D-win (in synergy with Application team)
•Business Management
•Manage pricing to maximize margin
•Follow MCU ramp up and forecasts
•Reporting to Management:
•Issue Systematically visit reports in the standard form
•Ensure customers relationship and support service to value it at customer.
•Raise support priority if needed.

2.Share Market intelligence and understanding
•Identify market trends and ensure EMEA needs are taken into account at product definition level
•Make sure local competitive landscape is understood
•Actively contribute to assigned vertical segments
•Quarterly updated presentations before the OR (customer / Market status )

3.Promotion & brand creation
•support EMEA MCU and other Global promotional events
•Internal and channel communication
•Identify the right partners and set up co marketing actions to increase our market presence

 

area to cover will be mainly south west Germany

Profile

5-10 Years years experienced in the semi conductor industry

General purpose MCU deep knowledge

MPU, and /or wireless is a plus

deep understanding of the Semi conductor industry ecosystem: competition, customers, distributions

strong soft skills abilities: presentations, negotiations, customers touch

ability to keep secret and to establish customers confidence

proven leadership

strong autonomy and ability to decide on his own

team player
