Job description

Primary interface between ST Divisions and subcontractor (OSAT) to ensure timely respond on TEST technical issues & enquiry from all GOBM stakeholders (external customer, Division / Groups, ST BEMT plants, internal support organization and OSAT), inclusive of hardware test support and benchmark against ST internal plants.

Work in conjunction with ST Division Test PE, to drive EWS / Final Test yield improvement of OSAT to meet GOBM KPI target.

Accountable to drive OSAT optimization programs like Test time reduction, OEE improvements, VE etc.

Interface between OSAT and Division on product / package development / NPI, supporting technical review and excursion free production ramp up.

Ensure OSAT adherence to ST Test process and control (eg. data integrity, NPI, TP releases, SYL/SBL). Training of subcontractor on ST’s technical requirement & tools.

Support EWS/FT related process quality audit & customer on-site audit in OSAT.

Profile

·  Familiar with semiconductor tester platforms and handlers. 
·  Understand requirement of test applications - data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, PAT (EWS & FT) etc
·  Experience in NPI/qual/production procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS/test manufacturing.
·  Experience with test improvement tools such as Optimal Plus 
·  Work in test MFG environment as Test product - process / equipment
·  Self-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet timeline
Ability to work independently with various groups & team across functions and countries to drive to successful delivery of KPI.
·  Proficient in excel, power point and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendation effectively.
