Job description

The applicant will be working in the reliability and failure analysis team for consumer MEMS products from Calamba and Asia sub-con, in order to assist qualification according to Divisional request and time to market constraints.

He/she will execute and supervise, in synergy with BEM&T team, all the reliability activities necessary for the product industrialization and production ramp, by means of safe launch, ORT and related activities, in order to confirm expected matching of product quality targets and meet customer quality expectation.

He/she will also monitor and follow up failure analysis of MEMS within BEM&T Calamba team and will pursue ORT and safe launch failures fault localization.

 

Profile

The applicant should have a technical bachelor degree (Electrical Eng. Preferred) and previous experience in Reliability and possibly failure analysis field. He/she should be a good team worker with rigorous approach, focused on objectives content and timings.
