Participation in the development and the charaterization of a technical module in the field of Advanced CMOS technology.

Process integration engineer performing interface with process development people, reliability competence center, electrical and physical characterization labs, design foundation and mask preparation team.

 

Profile

Experience in BEOL NVM memories is must.

Electrical characterization of memory devices and matrices.

Data analysis and design of experiments.

Mastering of Nano-fabrication processes and cleanroom technologies

Creativity, team spirit and easy networking
