Job Scope

A) As process owner take lead and perform process engineering activities to achieve Fab targets (eg. quality, fab yield, cost, cycle time) so as to achieve fab improvements.
B) Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
C) Be a role model for company's values..
D) Anticipating company/fab future needs and proactively drive improvement projects inline with Superior and Organization visions.
E) Provide support on specific issues within or cross-fab whenever necessary.
F) Work hand-in-hand with equipment team in improving machine robustness.

 

Profile

Job Requirements

A) Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Material, Science Engineering

B) Preferably more than 1 year of working experience as a process engineer in Semiconductor fab

C) Diploma holders with 3 years working experiences will be considered

D) Fresh graduates with good analytical and systematic problem solving skills will be considered.

E) Good communication and documentation skills

F) Good teamwork ability and great attention to details

G) Candidate with LEAN knowhow will have added advantage
