PHD :Time of flight imager sensor reliability 

SPAD sensor reliability is a key concern in the perspective of automotive market. Improving reliability tests & models target to establish more accurate reliability projection. This work must help ST to know SPAD reliability limit and reinforce customer confidence about ST reliability product 

Objective of the PHD is to develop reliability model on new Time of Flight sensor bridging SPAD cell reliability to product reliability

In a first step degradation mechanism will be quantified on elementary test structures (single cell) to establish aging model. Test and analysis will be done in our our lab with the support of the CEA

The second phase of the PHD will analyze and develop aging models on test vehicles and product to improve reliability projection.
