Job description

The objective is to support technologies by providing the device modeling of all the components in design-kits for analog/RF IC designs.

The mastering of topics about compact models such as the physical effects involved, the parameters extraction flows is required. The compact models that are used are the following: UTSOI, PSP MOSVAR, JUNCAP2, SGP.

They allow the modeling of the elementary devices: mosfet, bipolar, resistors, capacitors, junctions.

A part of the activity will focus on silicon data measurement and analysis.

Close interactions with ST model developers, ST PDK developers, and major CAD tools suppliers.
