Systems & Solutions Engineer
The ideal candidate will maximize designs-ins of the whole product portfolio of STMicroelectronics at one of ST's Global Key Accounts. Candidate needs to understand and anticipate the markets needs taking competition into account in order to define short to long-term strategies. Additionally, the selected candidate will look for new sockets and new upcoming areas to increase the sales of ST products.
Other skills required are:
Technical Marketing: PRD & MRD plus teardowns
Program Management: Process and customer support
Strategic Marketing: Market Trends, Patent and BoM analysis plus advising based on futures analysis.
Job Requirements:
Technical Marketing:
Create application guides and presentations for our solutions and products.
Support sales and marketing efforts as required.
Respond to customer inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.
Support create competitive analysis for relevant applications and products
Create product designs that fulfill strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments
Strategic Marketing:
Identifies, defines, and solves problems – considers oneself able to come up with creative solutions to problems
Evaluate market needs, existing competition and potential costs.
Strategic thinker who uses data to make key decisions – likely developed through experience
Oversee the conception and design of manufactured goods.

Ability to look beyond the data and pick up on trends and patterns
Project Management:
Classify and attend to simple or complex, short- or long-term, intensive or light projects

Risk Management – monitor and mitigate all risks and when necessary escalate

Able to manage many, varying, internal and external relationships (often with slightly differing priorities!)simultaneously while providing an excellent level of service
Qualifications:
Ability to effectively contribute in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written.
High comfort level with reading and writing detailed technical specifications
Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, email, calendars, etc.
Extensive customer and field experience is a must.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments.
Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company.
Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Education Level Required – Bachelor’s Level Degree, BSEE or MIS preferred.
Years of Work Experience - 4 to 10
Experience in all 3 areas listed is preferred but 2 would be acceptable
Prior experience as a TME or Sales Engineer is a must.
