Technical Marketing
Candidate will maximize designs-ins of the whole product portfolio, understand and anticipate the markets needs taking competition into account in order to define short to long-term strategy. Additionally, the selected candidate will look for new sockets and new upcoming areas to increase the sales of ST products.
Technical Marketing:
Create application guides and presentations for our solutions and products.
Support sales and marketing efforts as required.
Respond to customer inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.
Support create competitive analysis for relevant applications and products
Create product designs that fulfill strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments
Project Management:
Classify and attend to simple or complex, short- or long-term, intensive or light projects
Coherent, clear and precise communication is key
Demonstrate Leadership – Take responsibility and ownership of the program
Risk Management – monitor and mitigate all risks and when necessary escalate
Creative problem-solving skills, precision and organization skills, and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Able to manage many, varying, internal and external relationships (often with slightly differing priorities!)simultaneously while providing an excellent level of service
Profile
• Ability to effectively contribute in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written.
• High comfort level with reading and writing detailed technical specifications
• Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, email, calendars, etc.
• Extensive customer and field experience is a must.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
• Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments.
Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company.
