Job description

Trial runs planning and execution (Daily)

Review, Plan and expedite Engineering Trials / Quals on assigned area(s)  IN ORDER TO meet  timely delivery to Customer.
Prepare necessary materials for each trial run.
Execute Engineering Trials /Quals on certified process/machine operation(s) IN ORDER TO ensure smooth execution, compliance to quality requirement and timely delivery to Customer.
Involve in the problem solving and root cause analysis of the problem, help in the validation of recommended corrective actions and effectiveness IN ORDER TO achieve customer satisfaction.

 

Quality Management (Daily)

Ensure that all trial runs/Quals meet the required parameters and special requirement stated on the checklists preparatory to operation IN ORDER to ensure conformance to process and quality requirements.

 

New Product/Package/Process Qualification (Daily/As needed)

Assist in the Trial lot material preparation, data gathering and provide timely feedback IN ORDER TO support qualification completion.
Support in Line Stressing execution and provide process performance of the product under development IN ORDER TO support mass production readiness.
Involve on 1st level analysis of Line Stressing results IN ORDER TO support project start-up KPI's

 

Reporting (Daily)

Prepare Engineering Trials/Qual line performance reports IN ORDER TO update trial run status.
Provide necessary report/ line issues encountered with 1st level analysis IN ORDER TO immediately address issue and concerns,to share learnings and prevent recurring issue

Profile

Hands on experience in different WB equipment models (ASM and KNS)
Experience on Wire bond process specifically for Au, Cu and Ag wire setup/buyoff requirement
Knowledgeable in equipment operation and parameter optimization.
Experience on WB destructive testing
Computer Literate, Proficient in English/Tagalog
