T84 test prober is used to probe the wafer during e-test which is currently not link to server and the data (prober file etc) is stored at each prober hardisk individually. The project is to connect all the test prober to a common server so that the data can be only stored in this common server and dispatch to the prober during testing in automation mode and the data will be push to server again after complete the test.

Learning objective

1. To setup the network on all the e-test prober
2. To link ALL e-test prober (DOS and Window based) to a common server
3. To run in automation mode without error
