 POSTING PRESENTATION:

Reporting to the Group HR for Finance, Infrastructure and Services & Legal and Intellectual Property, the incumbent is responsible for the perimeter of Finance and Procurement, advising management and balancing business objectives with employee needs.
The incumbent's main accountabilities are:
- Develop partnerships with management and employees and act as a solid partner to both; provide input on talent development, performance management, internal mobility, workforce planning and succession planning;
- Monitor training programmes to ensure that training objectives are met;
- Leverage from existing Corporate HR Programmes and run the people development framework necessary to support the organization’s short term and mid-term goals (learning and leadership development, people reviews, talent and career management, mobility...);
- Collaborate with colleagues centrally as well as locally to drive HR periodic programmes from a group level (Goal setting, IF; Goal reviews, etc.)
- Analyze and provide data trends and metrics for the finance and procurement perimeter to inform business decisions;
- Manage HR internal communications within the perimeter to ensure full alignement;

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or other relevant field. Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage;
At least 6 years’ experience in a similar HR role within an international company. Experience either in one of the corporate functions such as talent development, performance management or experience at a local level would be an asset;
Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English; any other languages will be an advantage;
Ability to work under pressure, conflicting priorities and meeting tight deadlines;
Self-starter individual capable of working with little supervision as well as a team player;
Strong leadership skills, customer focused and results driven is a must.
