Job description

reporting to  FE operations mager for DAC Division and responsible for the monitoring productivity, quality control and safety options and parameters set from the Operations Department. 

He or she can be exposed to customers meetings and reporting and must interact with internal and external departments or suppliers (mainly WFO, TSMC)

Responsibilities may include planning of specific activities and reviews.

Requires a bachelor's degree, better if PHD in scientific domain

Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Directly managing reporting on FE

Responsibilities:

Execute the development and implementation of FE activities to meet production, quality and cost objectives  as set by FE operation manager
 Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems
Support central operation team of ASG on technology transfer
Support of FE audits; identify trends and correct or align with planned expectation

Support operation manager with daily reporting to Div Manager, peers and when requested to customer on FE data
Interact with design, PE and PM on the testing methodologies and coverage associated to different structures and to T84 and EWS, assuring the right trade off in between quality, performance
Analyze process workflow and implement changes where required together with PE and quality department

Help analyzing MRB issues when arising and linked to FE
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
