Executes specific activities to support new products and processes in NPD-I  at End Of Line IC Assembly

Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products.

In case of technical issues,  analyzes and identify root cause of the problems, recommends corrective actions , evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Profile

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS (minimum):

·   Basic Understanding IC Assembly Flow 
·     Machine operation, set-up and troubleshooting any of  the ff
·  Mold 
·  Package Singulation
·  Wet processes like Sn Plating and  and Backside Etching for QFN
·  Ball Attach (QFN)
·  Understanding of basic tool and fixtures design 
·  Basic Statistics
·  Basic Problem Solving
