Within the most advanced 200mm Fab of the Company (80 nm copper technology) producing round the clock, 365 days a year, you will be part of the QA & Process Control Department.

Our mission is to guaranty that the quality of our products anticipates our customers needs and to support the Rousset Fab in terms of Yield Loss Reduction, Prevention & Detection Programs, Process Control Tools & Methodologies.

Reporting directly to the Defectivity Monitoring Manager, your missions will be:

To be responsible of the monitoring in Defectivity of a family of products
To identify, analyze and if needed, start a working group in case of recurrent defects or drift Vs baseline
To be proactive in meetings to help decision providing all relevant D0 data needed
To support production team (review of all analysis of hold lots, Knowledge sharing and technician formation)

You will work with Process Engineers, Device Engineers, Defectivity team, Quality team.

Your analysis competencies but also reactivity, tenacity and teamwork / collaboration competencies will be key in your mission.

An experience in Process Engineering will be key too.


· Education Level Required: BAC+5 (Engineer / Master / …)
Years of Experience: 2 to 5
Technical Skills: Quality Tools (SPC, Statistic Model) & Process Engineering skills
Soft Skills: Involvement, Curiosity, Team Spirit, Rigor, Accuracy, Cheerfulness

· 5 - Master degree
· 2-5 years
