Advanced knowledge of Oracle & MSSQL RDBMS.

Management of RDBMS on Azure, RDS on AWS

Installation of RDBMS Software.

Creation of database & installation of DB components.

Upgrade to latest version.

Administration & troubleshooting of DB Servers.

Offline/Online Backup of all production and non-production databases.

Homogeneous & heterogeneous migrations for Databases.

Recovery of databases.

Expert in resolution of performance issues.

Apply PSU, CU & Bug fixes released by Vendor.

Expert in instant tuning & resolution of Performance issue

Shell scripting for automation of database jobs.

Provide solutions of cases logged through Remedy Helpdesk ensuring SLA/MTTR is achieved as per defined objectives.
