 POSTING PRESENTATION:

Device level electrical characterization of interface and dielectrics, including original parasitic devices.
Investigation of the impact of interface / dielectric features on imager dark current in various interface passivation cases (implant, electrostatic with a biased gate or fixed charges in dielectric), based on semiconductor physics theory and TCAD simulations.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    Semiconductor physics.
Electronic device characterization.

·   5 - Master degree
·   Less than 2 years
