Job description

Ensure all NPI activities fully align with NPI management process, LOP and SOP.
Conduct and ensure proper TGA and risk assessment with central NPI, R&D, Division, Operation and QA to identify potential risk and weakness, and make improvement proposal on process, BoM, equipment, methodology.
Define NPI qualification plan, drive and follow up qualification till product MAT30.
Lead and drive NPI project management and ensure project right completion timing without compromising product quality.
Address or troubleshoot process/material related problems with the right use of tools & techniques.

Profile

Good personal quality and work attitude.
Good communication skills and oral & listening English.
Interested in project management, strong sense of urgency and result oriented.  
Be familiar of problem solving tools like 8D, Why-why, FMEA, DoE and so on.
