Job description

1.prepare preliminary floor plan with the design engineer and estimate the die size.

2.coud prepare bonding diagram 

3.ensure the circuitries have taken care of layout-related issues

4. convert the electrical schematics into physical layout using ST’s processes

5.familiarize and understand the significance of various design rules, coupling issues, routing issues, ESD and latch-up issues, matching issues, thermal issues and breakdown issues

Profile

1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering

2. 1-2 years experience in semiconductor related layout

3. Cadence tool experience: DRC LVS and LVL

4. good teamwork 

5 .fluent English in speaking and writing .
