Descriptif du poste

By joining our Data team, you will be working alongside talented individuals grouped in small agile teams that each have strong ownership on their piece of these goals.
The feature store team sits within the data team, in the engineering organization. The data team mission is to supply dependable data and algorithms employees and products. The feature store team mission is to provide dependable data for predictive models. Dependable means trustworthy and reliable: stakeholders need to be 100% confident their data is accurate, and this data is delivered in a timely and predictable fashion, to whoever needs it.
Supplying dependable data for predictive models puts the feature store team at the center of critical real-time decision-making processes, ranging from pricing trips, ranking search results, preventing bad behavior, or bidding on marketing ads. The scope covered by the team is at the core of Machine Learning models.

What you will directly contribute to :
Creating, maintaining and improving our internal ML API to handle predictions, training and sampling at large scale,
Automating the deployments of new machine learning models (CI/CD)
Creating a low latency, real-time updated date store to optimize data used by our models
Helping and advising the data scientists team in software engineering best practices

Profil recherché

Qualifications
What you will need to be successful :
Work experience in Java or Golang programming language and eager to constantly learn new technologies
Used to work with containerized applications
Startup mindset where finding the good balance between fast iterations and quality delivery is key to the success of the project
User focus oriented spirit with the ambition to deliver the best services for data scientists
Hands-on, taking initiatives and collaborative attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in French is a plus
