About

Newsbridge is a contribution and AI-Based video indexing platform for publishers and broadcasters.

We leverage Cognitive AI such as speech-to-text and facial recognition, to help journalists find the most relevant moments in their rushes.

The company was founded by two brothers, Fred and Phil Petitpont in 2016. Composed of talents from both the digital and broadcast industries, the team is able to provide the best user experience for customers, including but not limited to: TV Channels, Production Houses, and Sports Right Holders.

Amongst our clients, we work with top media companies such as TF1, M6, AFP, Lagardere Studios, Publicis VivaTech, French Rugby Federation...

Newsbridge is based in Boulogne-Billancourt (Porte de Saint-Cloud) and due to successful fundraising in 2019, the company is now expanding quickly in Europe.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Product Manager and the CTO, but also in collaboration with the entire product team (8 team members as of today), your main responsibilities will be :

·  Collect user and business needs with various stakeholders
·  Build the product roadmap with the team
·  Ensure the quality of all features delivered (QA)
·  Produce functional documentation
·  Help the team with support and customer care activities ⛑

Preferred Experience

·  You are looking for an end-of-studies Internship (Engineering school or other similar school program)
·  You are curious in regard to users, product and all new technologies.
·  You enjoy and are able to easily sum-up and solve difficult issues.
·  You can open up your computer console and get to work- while keeping your cool.
·  You know how to ask the right questions and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders. You are not afraid to speak with developers and you are interested in working with them.
·  You believe walking into an unknown tech territory is thrilling ! 👨‍🚀
·  You would like to learn and gain experience in cognitive technologies, AI and machine learning
·  You are fluent in both French and English 🇫🇷🇺🇸
