Job Description

We are looking for an account manager who will be joining us to be the main contact of our customers and take care of their accounts. After being trained on how to use our product and tools, you will dive into your mission and make a lot of friends. If you like adventure and love to converse with people about statistics and ad tech stuff, then this job is for you.

* You will be in charge of *

·  Talking to publishers
·  Communicate with them
·  Keep them active
·  Make phone calls, product demo and follow up
·  Talking with Adops
·  Bring informations
·  Conversing about issues
·  Creating tickets
·  Updating customer informations on our tools
·  Analysing metrics

·  Allowing you to evolve and deliver in a challenging and extremely entrepreneurial environment
·  Letting you discover all the activities of a young start-up, and train you to work with all the team: Tech, Product, Customer Success, Ad Ops, Sales ...

Preferred Experience

This job is for you if you ...

·  Hold a master's degree in management or Marketing/Communication and you are looking for an internship or a first job in an ambitious start-up
·  Have a positive state of mind.
·  Proactive, You are rigorous in your work and have deep interest in learning new things.
·  Comfortable in making phone calls in a shared workspace.
·  Proactif
·  Fluent in French, English. Spanish may be a plus.

Recruitment Process

A first interview with our Operation Manager and a second final interview with our CEO.
