Nyctale is an innovative startup in the fields of Data Science and Blockchain technologies. We develop advanced analytics tools to analyze the usages, measure the value, and control the money flows on these new transactional networks. We valorize our expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning applied to graph data to deliver the needed interpretation tools to understand blockchain systems. Our SaaS platform targets application providers and financial institutions. Nyctale supports the development of decentralized applications by providing strategic insights to structuring actors of this emerging and promising industry.

Descriptif du poste

Nyctale develops a SaaS platform for our clients to access our Machine learning powered analytics. This platform is already up and running, used everyday by our current clients. We need a developer full stack to maintain it and take it to the next step. Once in our team, you will:

·  Maintain the current application, take an active part in its improvement, and help designing the next version and related new products;
·  Work closely with customers and management to analyze business needs, document business and system requirements, and coordinate application changes;
·  Work closely with Data Scientists to maximize the readability and thus the value created by our algorithms;
·  Develop our front end, using recent technologies to make it look good and feel right for our clients;
·  Maintain the back end used by our application. You will be in contact with people responsible of feeding data to it (i.e. data scientist and data engineer).
·  Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Profil recherché

·  3+ years experience developing production web software;
·  Proficient developing production Python web services, and APIs (under the Flask framework);
·  Experience with AWS tools related to web (Elastic bean, RDS, web application firewall, etc.);
·  Proficient in SQL;
·  Strong general programming skills and best software development practices;
·  Love of beautiful interfaces and smooth user experience, with mastery of the skills needed to achieve them (css (sass), js (mainly plotting library), jinja)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
·  Mastery of the environment used: Linux;
·  Mastery of languages used: Python, Bash;
·  Mastery of practical tools: Docker, Git;
·  Understanding of blockchain concepts is, obviously, a huge plus;
·  We highly value previous professional experiences.
