Our Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to create and publish content that will accelerate new lead generation and customer conversion to support the company’s growth objectives. You will lead new content strategies from generation to execution and analysis. Everything we do at Delpha is designed for a purpose including how it's tested and measured, and you will be expected to be agile with your content strategies and willing to learn and adapt quickly.

You will be expected to drive a best-in-class customer experience, support sales and promote innovation in our fast-growing business. You will be responsible for optimizing the Digital Customer Journey in regards to strategy (templates, targeting, relevance of content, and look and feel), project management of digital program and testing roadmap, and implementation and execution. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

Your impact

·  Create engaging awareness/consideration/decision content for all digital channels including website, blog and social media.
·  Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build an effective marketing communications plan to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of demand generation assets and content.
·  Build, plan and assist implementation of the overall/objectives driven digital marketing strategic plan.
·  Drive testing to arrive at data-driven conclusions for digital content (e.g. traffic, engagement) across all channels.
·  Detail oriented--capable of leading a complex multi-month roadmap.
·  Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly.
·  Experience participating in cross-functional projects.
·  Own leading a strategy and thinking big.
·  Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or related field.
·  Content creation on editorial, video, and audio platforms.
·  Experience with SEO, A/B testing, social media.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
·  Passion for writing and creative campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

·  MBA.
·  Data driven.
·  Experience with SEO, A/B testing, social media.
·  Experience with Marketing Automation solutions (Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Segment, Clearbit or similar).
·  Basic HTML/JS/CSS coding experience.
·  Experience in SaaS company and/or startup/scaleup.
·  Proven experience in translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand, user-oriented messages.
·  Self-driven and able to work independently and autonomously.
·  Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
·  Not afraid to try new things, fail fast and learn.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is in 3 steps:

·  30 minutes online interview with our People Manager.
·  Business Case
·  1 hour online or face-to-face interview with our CEO and our Marketing Manager.
