Description du poste :

- Ensure safety process and technical supervision for well operations (Slickline, E-Line, Coiled Tubing, Well treatment/stimulation and XMT / WHD, Maintenance…)
- Identify compliance within company and statutory standards.
- The supervisor on board is the technical expertise during the subsea completion and intervention operations.
- Assist the RSES by ensuring that adequate preparation and planning is carried out to ensure optimised operational performance.
- Prepare programmes of work.
- Established HSE procedures and policies are maintained.
- All development goals are achieved.
- Subsea/ completion operational performance and cost efficiency are fulfilled
- Subordinate are efficiently managed and trained.
- Adequate feedback to ensure that subsea/completion know-how is shared within Client.
- Guarantee the follow up of operations during completion and intervention, respecting the company procedures, safety and environment.
- Optimization of procedures in order to reduce costs and delays
- Manage effectively the subsea completion/completion crews to ensure optimum planning and preparation and thus reducing the non-productive time and also the invisible lost time.
- Optimize operations
- Provide technical expertise to the RSES during activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the onshore support team with a view to improve the operations while respecting the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Report and discuss with the superintendent any anomaly detected in order to anticipate potential problems and define adequate solutions.

The challenge is to optimize operations to minimize operational delays while respecting the high standard of safety and environment level.


Well Senior Supervisor with +15 years of experience.
Experience on Subsea fields.

Target locations: Offshore 4*4 rotational scheme in South America and/or Africa
