Our global SDM manage the whole bundle for our client in an international context (quality, cost and compliance). He manages the team, is the referent for all operational questions and guarantee customer satisfaction. He works closely with the client to define outsourcing strategy and évolutions:
- He manages operations and means of production of all the activities for the client.
- He is responsible for the level of quality of service and end-user satisfaction
- He ensures compliance with security s in accordance with client expectations and regulations
- He defines all the means, processes and tools common to all countries
- He defines common reporting to all countries and ensures overall consolidation
-He ensures continuous improvement (service, quality, cost)
- He anticipate service evolution and associated means (skills management, training,...)
Customer oriented, with a first technical experience in production, you have evolved towards the management of large delivery teams in a multicultural, multi-site and multi-country environment.
You demonstrate the following abilities:

• Proven experience in management of managers within the framework of major accounts and IT project in an international context
• Proven experience in digital business transformation
• Proven leadership, especially in transversal organizations
• Proven experience in managing a budget
