Job Overview and Responsibilities

His main objective is to support the logistics team in the management of the iso fleet and rail wagon tracking system, and invoice of demurrage. A second one is the support on the management of hauliers performance & extra costs.

Trainee Job Duties:

· 
Is responsible for monitoring and tracking the ISO and rail container fleet by using the Solvay and Forwarding agent’s platforms.

· 
ISOs tanks & rail wagon demurrage calculation

· 
Give guidelines to front offices for ISO tanks demurrage reinvoicing to customers.  

· 
Updates databases (SAP, Excel). 

· 
Send monthly forecast to the hauliers/forwarder

· 
Extra cost file follow up with Front Office

· 
giving support on some projects
