Job Overview and Responsibilities:

25% R&I initiated innovation: 

--Organize industrial trial and data analysis for DoE tests

--Technical discussion with global R&I and Market team

25% Customer and Market support:

--Prepare industrial trial recipe for pilot qualified product trial on industrial line

--Follow up industrial trial after new product is qualified by customer

--Lead to resolve new product process improvement on industrial line

50% Industrial support: 

--Support standard industrial line process optimization, 

--Technical lead trouble shooting for specific issues from industrial line

--Technical lead for Trouble shooting for customer complaint or quality variation/abnormal finding

Education and Experience:

Bachelor and above, Master is better on Chemical Engineering and Process or Material Chemical 

3 or more years of relative R&I working experience is better.

Skills:

Fluent English using skills. 
Good communication skills across different department.
Positive problem finding and solving skills.
