Job Overview and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will report directly to the current Maintenance & Engineering Manager, it will be the link between the function manager and the managers of: production areas, maintenance department, external companies, suppliers.

      Principal mission

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation, plant maintenance from machinery to buildings

Evaluate current work procedures and methods and propose, describe, test and implement improvements, new techniques and methods

and provide specialized maintenance tasks and expertise

Technical Purchasing : assure that all purchasing with technical elements are correctly evaluated.

Main Task/Other Responsibilities

Maintenance methods implementation and improvement

Reliability & cost improvement projects

Expertise & advice

Draft and update daily maintenance plans.

Update and analyse fault rates for each equipment’s.

Draft and update daily the fault / anomalies / improvements database with relative planning using both internal and external resources.

Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Efffects) analyzes on each plant with the aim of defining the critical spare parts and the internal and external services needed to ensure maximum efficiency of the plants.

Work directly on malfunctions to help the maintenance and production team identify and solve the problem.

Collaborate in the research and implementation EHS improvements.

Planning of curative maintenance

Purchasing of spare parts: from planning to orders

Management of spare parts warehouse

Education and Experience:
Diploma or Eng degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical

Skills:
Good knowledge PLC control systems
PES / PAV Certification is a plus

Italian and English mandatory
