Responsibilities


Mission:

·  Perform daily and monthly Client Money Segregation reconciliation.
·  Perform the Bi-weekly Client Monies withdrawal process.
·  Ensure all breaks on client money segregated reconciliation are investigated & resolved in accordance to Exchange regulation/guidelines.
·  Ensure all regional regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on a timely basis
·  Follow-up the breaks resolution with our offshore team in India.
·  Analysis & investigation the different kinds of variation (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) on the daily basis.
·  Assist the team manager to build up the daily tracker on the daily issues, to gather the supporting document for internal / external auditors.
·  Work closely with Finance, Operation, Compliance to understand their requirement.
·  Actively contributing to Client Money project execution.
·  Ensure all key controls (Morse+, GPS) are completed appropriately and on a timely basis
·  Ensure all topics related to Client Money process are updated in the whiteboard for daily meeting.
·  Ensure policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

Profile Required

Profile:

·  Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:
·  Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
·  Ideally possess some knowledge of Futures and Options Operations

Operational Skills:

·  Knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint
·  Fluent English, written and spoken
·  Ability to work within team with diverse cultural backgrounds
·  Enthusiastic and self-motivated
·  Ability to prioritize both own and team objectives
·  Excellent verbal & written communication skills
