Misiune
Your Role in a Nutshell:
· Implement the second-level permanent control within the entity
· Collect the relevant information necessary for the preparation of the annual control plan (risk identification and assessment, propose controls), update of the control plan as needed
· Prepare and perform control missions as per annual plan approved by bank's management:
· Assess the implementation and quality of controls
· Analyze business processes and assess if risks are properly covered by controls
· Issue recommendations for the improvement of internal controls, follow-up on the progress
· Update the internal framework related to level 2 control / improvement of level 2 control methodologies and instruments
· Reporting of level 2 control results towards different interlocutors (internal committees, Group)
Profil
A little about You:
· Strong knowledge of banking activity, in particular of compliance, credit risk, financial markets
· Exposure to control functions and/or experience in performing controls are appreciated
· Strong knowledge of banking regulations
