Vos missions au quotidien

As BPM - Assistant Manager VIE, you will report to the Head of BPM and will assume the responsibilities of the following missions:

-Support BPM to map the cartography of global processes; preparing inventory of processes, improve controls, organize end-to-end transversal process reviews combining a participative approach with all stakeholders/actors.

-Support the Process Owner in all countries in improving the value chain by following continuous improvement action plans with key stakeholders (Audit recommendations; Client Satisfaction, Operational events,…)

-Gathering key production indicators and challenging their evolutions with various FPS locations and teams

-Production of FPS Dashboard to be presented at SGSS Executive level.

-The VIE can be asked to contribute on other initiatives deriving from current/future business needs identified either internally or by clients.

Your Profil

You are gratuated BAC+5 from University or Business School. Yous have basic knowledge of Investment Fund Industry with a focus on Fund Distribution.

You have developed analysis capacities, you are autonomous and have a keen interest in project management.

Background :

- Pack Office : Word /excel /ppt

- Macro, VBA : project management coss-disciplinary

- Fluent english required

- Any other europeen laguage mastered is an asset (german, italian ...)
