Other key requirements include but not limited to,
· Constructive engagement with key stakeholders e.g., the Program Manager, Data Science and IT delivery teams, Experts, Technical Architects, etc
· Awareness of Operational Risk scenarios associated with the role/ program
Responsible for collection of business requirements for the global NextGen deliverables and translating these into delivery specifications;
Proficient in Compliance practices and/ or allied fields of work; On the business analysis side the BA will be responsible for developing key artefacts (including high-level business requirements, solution design, functional and non-functional requirements) to a clear and unambiguous standard to serve as a solid foundation for implementation by Data Science and IT;
Work in close coordination with the Program Manager to promote visibility, understanding and approval of the requirements with all regional/ functional stakeholders at all stages of initiation and definition and facilitate sign-offs;
develop test strategy in conjunction with IT and business stakeholders, provide test plans, arrange test environments and testing support, liaise with uasers to confirm test requirements and ensure suitability of UAT test plans, perform sanity checks, etc;
Being proficient in both English and French.
