Job Summary
- Credit Administration & Credit Documentation
- Credit Mid-Office / Credit Monitoring Functions
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
- Checking of credit approvals and preparing facility letters & documents, advising approved credit facilities to corporate clients.
- Verification of documents executed by the clients & ensuring the completeness of the pre-activation check points.
- Activating & Setting limits in systems for credit facilities.
- Tracking the post disbursement covenants & conditions as per the credit approvals.
- Monitoring timely receipt of stock statements, insurance policies, drawing power calculations.
- Completing necessary formalities to control the excess limits.
- Security Creation/ ROC & CERSAI charge registration.
- Keep a close track of SBLC Maturities & follow up for renewal.
- Submission of RBS data
- Storing of documents in E3F
- Keep a track of the covenants and update in Covtrack
- Preparing the monthly Dashboard
- Assisting Department Head in attending to RBI / external / internal auditors related matters.
- Co-operate with the Head - SMO to ensure that the department works as a team
- Extend help to the team members in times of work overload.
Profile Required
Academic Background:
- Post Graduate / MBA with Legal background
- Relevant certification under the RBI Capacity Building Policy
Working Experience
- 7 to 10 years relevant experience in Loans/Credit Administration
Skills & Competencies:
- Awareness of Regulatory Requirements for Credit and KYC.
- Complete knowledge about credit, policies and operations.
- Working knowledge of legal documents
- Knowledge on Operational Procedures.
- MS Office / Other Banking Systems
- Written and verbal communication in English.
