What part will you play?

You are a game changer, solution-oriented driver and creative mind? Welcome to our team and work on the cutting edge of organization development! As part of our global HR Community, you will work with us on programs and initiatives to transform Siemens Gas and Power into the company that truly shapes the energy industry of tomorrow while you gain valuable insight into our business.

You will assist us with programs that integrate organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion and leadership. Here you can be part of the team, working to boost innovation and performance in our company

· 
Our tasks range is very broad: you will support our team in the planning and implementation of international programs, e.g. with the preparation of participant lists, ensuring materials, coordination and agreement with local responsible parties

· 
Furthermore, you will help us with the organization and monitoring of regular follow up calls and webinars with participants – if you show the ability, you might even lead these

· 
Moreover, you will be involved in establishing various strategic initiatives

· 
Your additional responsibilities will include assisting the team with administrative tasks, as well as ad-hoc topics

We don't need superheroes, just super minds.

You are currently a student of Social Science, Business, Psychology, International Business Management or comparable subject area

· 
Your MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are at an advanced level

· 
You enjoy working in a virtual, dynamic and international environment

· 
Very good written and oral English skills are required, German skills would be an asset

·
