Job description



What are my responsibilities?
1. Calculate and give suggestions on SSS target breakdown.
2. Calculate Area & Vertical Data for SBTA sales funnel bridge (different category customer data management), follow up monthly sales funnel bridge review 
3. Regular review on key sales reports (by portfolio/segment/team), provide data/PPT supporting to the organization, checking SSS target fulfillment, Monitor deviations Potential vs. Actuals and help SSS to update strategy (catch up plan).
4. Management process incl. sales reliable forecast, Monitor deviations Budget vs. FC vs. Actuals, provide data support to management review. 
5. Management in Siemens internal sales system (Trust IT/Sales Kits), export report to review pipeline quality and give SSS update suggestions. 
6. Management in customer AR report and feedback to SSS to processing the payment. 
7. Organize Biz review meeting and other events application of Dept. 
8. Prepare quarterly siemens News of Dept.
9. Schedule Biz trip and meeting time of manager. 
10. EHS management and interface of Dept.
11 Other tasks assigned by the manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years work experience
3. Administrative work experience is preferred
4. Good communication skills
5. Quick learner
