About the RTC:

The new Regional Treasury Centre Middle East based in Abu Dhabi streamlines funding to subsidiaries by centralizing liquidity (physical or notional pooling) to reduce the need for operational cash and leverages trapped cash in regulated markets. With an optimized legal entity structure in form of Siemens Capital Middle East Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemens Group, operations are conducted under appropriate inter-company loan, FX and Derivative agreements between its client Siemens entities to formalize the intra-group captive activity. The RTC utilizes industry standard systems/ tools and technology to provide a wholesale in-house banking product and service offering for its clients that is capable to match corporate banking standards

What are my responsibilities?

• Support the team with all organizational tasks (such as travel booking and travel expense claims; schedules meetings, rooms management).

• Coordinate matters of office environmental maintenance including office supplies.

• Support on-board /transfer / check out process for employees (e.g. SAP, E2E, E-Forms, Phone and other accesses).

• Act as a point of contact for facilities and IT helpdesk issues.

• Proactively and efficiently organize team events.

• Coordinate, control and administrate office logistics.

• Monitor all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.

• Developing and leveraging relationships within and across teams and/or organizational units to achieve results

• Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.

• Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems.

• Support Marketing team during events.

What do I need to qualify for the job?

• At least 1 years of work experience in similar position.

• Good spoken English (B2) – Mandatory.

• Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook.

• Strong teamwork, leadership, & communication skills.

• General knowledge about bank / Financial Services Industry is highly preferred

• You have initiative, good follow up and able to maintain confidentiality.

• You have attention to detail and accuracy.

• You have strong interpersonal and planning skills.
