A successful recruiter will collaborate with department heads and country managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, such as universities, social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter is passionate about HR/Recruiting, loves to network and does not shy away from a conversation. Should be proficient in Japanese and English.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Duties:

·  Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
·  Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
·  Proactively work with business leaders to understand their needs, gathering necessary and required specifications

·  Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, targeted sourcing, etc.
·  Screen candidate resumes and job applications
·  Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools and methods
·  Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, characteristics, experience and aptitudes
·  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
·  Represent the company at various events
·  Promote company's reputation as “best place to work”
·  Creatively make suggestions for continuous improvements

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience who is tech-savvy and eager.

Requirements:

·  8 to 12 years' work experience as a Corporate Recruiter
·  Proficient in social tools and proven experience in utilizing
·  Solid ability to conduct interviews and relate to candidates
·  Ability to work with varying degrees of personalities
·  Ability to organize priorities and manage time efficiently
·  Hands-on experience with an application tracking system (ATS).
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Proactive by nature
·  Forward thinker
