Roles & Responsibilities

Traineeship Description:

HR Department is constantly reviewing our recruitment processes and tools to ensure that we are using them effectively and all business areas are being supported in their recruitment efforts.

Specific Responsibilities:

·  Trainee to be involved in:
·  Recruitment and Selection
·  Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
·  Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
·  Provide support in onboarding activities
·  Preparation and analysis recruitment data
·  Assisting in employer branding activities, for e.g. Coordination of career fairs and events
·  Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Competencies:

·  Labour Law knowledge
·  Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge
·  Behavioural based interview technique
·  Analysis of recruitment data
·  Knowledge of different recruitment software/system (LinkedIn Recruiter, Visage,textio)

Educational Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role

·  Degree in Human Resources or related courses

Duration of Traineeship Offered

·  12 months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships:

·  Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident and
·  Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities or other educational institutes (e.g. private universities, and overseas universities); or
·  Graduated earlier from above instituitions and completed National service in 2019 or 2020.
