We are looking for an experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team and help new employees adjust well to our work environment.

HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include communicating details to new hires before their start date, assembling vital paperwork and scheduling first days. If you have an HR background, basic knowledge of labor legislation and a flair for interacting with people, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will coordinate and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires.

Responsibilities

·  You will build clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations
·  You will craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options
·  You will Prepare onboarding kits
·  You shall welcome new employees’ upon their arrival
·  You will introduce team members
·  You capture and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
·  You will Co-ordinate company presentations and product demos
·  You will advise employees on their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
·  You will distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed
·  You will address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll

Requirements

·  You bring 1-5 Years work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in relevant HR role
·  Good hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
·  We are looking for a great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills
·  You bring ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
·  You are a Graduate/MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field
