·  SAP Basis Know How on Expert Level
·  Usermanagement- / Role administration
·  Support Package Upgrades (Ordering from systems / database copies / SP Stacks… / coordination SPAU)
·  HANA Knownledge
·  Performance analyses
·  Certificate handling
·  Interfaces of different types (RFC / HTTP / Webservices) to different targets (Intranet / Cloud)
·  ARI Management
·  Printer / XPrint
·  OS: Windows and Linux Know How
·  Server management: Know How needed / not handed over to Provider!
·  Content server
·  IIS Server
·  Plossys
·  HTTP connections
·  Support of internal & external audits
·  Work on/according to CERT measurement plan
·  Support of issue solving (e.g. performance issues)
·  Providermanagement
·  to external datacenter provider
·  to external offshore provider
·  Tools in Usage: IMS / Conigma
·  Coordination of emergency cases
·  Good knowledge of general Cert / ISEC guidelines (what is allowed / what is disallowed)
